I baked a homemade version of the pizookie from BJ's Brewhouse. This pic is when it was fresh out of the oven, so it isn't topped with soy ice cream yet. I wasn't sure how it would turn out since I baked it in a round glass pie pan instead of a metal jelly roll pan, but it turned out looking pretty good!

This recipe is from the back of the Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips I bought today.

Got this recipe from a friend I met in summer school. They look crispy but they are actually crispy on the edges and soft in the middle.
