
These buffalo chicken tenders are baked, not fried, and though they are not golden brown, they certainly were good. I even added more cayenne pepper, but that didn't even do the trick. Anyway, I ended up making
katsu sauce along with the
cilantro dip, so that made it spicy enough.
The fries were frozen from Whole Foods. They had some kind of seasoning on them, but I don't remember what it was. Garlic and rosemary? Something like that.
